Chocolade van Brugge is a traditional Belgian chocolate shop located in the desert of Scottsdale, AZ. Proudly owned by Frederiek and Christine, we are a husband and wife duo dedicated to sharing our love of Belgian culture with you. Chocolade van Brugge is the exclusive North American importer of these fine, high-quality, traditional Belgian chocolates. We offer more than 90 hand crafted chocolate confections, chocolate bars, marzipan, cookies, figurines, and our most recently added liege Belgian waffles. Come share the taste of the authentic liege waffles with us, as they are a major aspect of Belgian culture and will definitely impress your taste buds. We also take pride in all of our holiday and seasonal products. Some of our favorites include Halloween ghosts, Thanksgiving cornucopias and turkeys, snowmen, hearts, Easter bunnies, and many more! Owner of Chocolade van Brugge, Frederiek opened the doors in November 2013 with his wife, Christine. Frederiek grew up in Bruges, and was exposed to chocolate artistry at an early age. After arriving to the United States, he maintained a successful career in the corporate world. Always feeling like something was missing, he carried his childhood passion into adulthood, and made his dream a reality. The result was Chocolade van Brugges. The transition from the corporate world to owning his very own chocolate shop came naturally to him. Both Frederiek and Christine have utilized their marketing and financial experience from past careers to make Chocolade van Brugge a major success. They have  blended their professional expertise with family knowledge of the chocolate business and culture to make Chocolade van Brugge a thriving shop for Valley for valley residents to enjoy.
